A Beautiful Reimagining

Today, in downtown Crested Butte, that spirit lives on, with a gritty but openhearted, come-as-you-are energy. This is a place where longtime locals and visitors stroll in and out of historic, cheery-hued shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, the local museum, and performing arts center. Where scientist-ski bums have beers with fine artists. Where quirkiness — and even post-ski season — are cause for celebration.
Like Crested Butte, The Beckwith is a transformative destination for casual explorers and hardcore adventurers alike. From our slopeside basecamp, you can walk, run, bike or drive the same routes traveled by those who came before us and first fell in love with Crested Butte and the Gunnison Valley.
