Club Beck is the Beckwith’s private collection of slopeside amenities, curated for effortless mountain living. Designed to reflect the spirit of Crested Butte, each space blends relaxed luxury with come-as-you-are character. From the Member clubhouse and recovery zones to elevated dining and private gathering spaces, the club is an extension of the Beckwith lifestyle—shaped by the mountain yet refined in every detail.

WHAT ARE THE UNIT SIZES OF BECKWITH RESIDENCES?
Beckwith Residences offers one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans, each with a unique layout. Residences range from 907 to 3,514 square feet.
ARE THESE RESIDENCES SUITABLE FOR FULL-TIME LIVING?
Absolutely. Beckwith Residences are designed for full-time mountain living, though many owners do choose to make it their second home. However you choose to use it, the lifestyle is the same.
ARE BECKWITH RESIDENCES TRULY SKI-IN SKI-OUT?
Yes. Beckwith offers direct ski-in, ski-out access at the base of Crested Butte Mountain, allowing you to step from your residence straight onto the slopes.
IS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE?
Yes. The Beckwith Hotel, through Highgate Management, offers optional homecare and property management programs to owners. Services may include: concierge access, housekeeping, maintenance, grocery stocking, regular home inspections, capital project oversight, move-in coordination, delivery assistance, and full-service rental management.
Owners can also select their own property manager approved by the HOA.
CAN I RENT OUT MY RESIDENCE WHEN I'M NOT USING IT?
Yes. Owners may rent their residence on a short-term or long-term basis as frequently as they choose. For a seamless rental experience, the Beckwith Hotel offers full-service rental management through Highgate Management, or owners may select their own HOA-approved property manager.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes. The HOA permits up to two domestic pets—dogs or cats—per residence, with no breed restrictions. Owners who choose to rent their residence may set their own pet policy for guests. All pets must comply with HOA rules, and service animals are welcome without restriction.
IS CLUB BECK MEMBERSHIP INCLUDED WITH OWNERSHIP?
A Club Beck membership is not included, but is strongly encouraged with the purchase of a Beckwith Residence. Membership unlocks a full suite of additional slopeside amenities, including a private ski locker lounge, Sky Deck, recovery zone, members’ clubhouse, and more.
